“What is the best material?”

The one that balances all your requirements best. Strength, cost, surface finish, temperature, chemical resist, there isn’t one material that will work for everything, but there’s likely a material that will work for your specific application.

“What printers do you use?”

Ultimaker, formlabs form and fuse series, raise3d pro, bcn w series, and many others. We choose printers based on best output or size requirements.

“How do I get accepted into Expert mode?”

You must have printed at least one part with us before, or be a bridging customer. Your submissions must be submitted in a pre-sliced format and accept the risk of failure due to slicing.

“How long does shipping take?”

— Depends which province you’re in, approximately:
1 day to Ontario and BC
2 days to Calgary and Quebec
3 days to Manitoba, NB
4 days in all other places
Express 1 day shipping available across Canada.

Can you take my project from start to finish?

Yes, but depends on the scope of the project. We will take your project from idea to print/prototype. For mass production, you’d need to take it to a manufacturer.
